The Old Operating Theatre |
One measure of success is the increase in visitor numbers at the Old Operating Theatre Museum. Iin 1989, when CHR developed the Museum's marketing strategy, the visitor numbers were 5,000, the Museum was only open 3 half days a week and there was 1 member of staff. Now the Museum receives over 25,000 visitors, is open 7 days a week and has 5 members of staff.
