Believe it or not this project was set up in the early 1980's. Kevin Flude and Paul Herbert were working for Warner Brothers on one of the first interactive discs. It was on a new format called CD-I. This was CD-Interactive. |
||
At the time it seemed revolutionary but Warner Brothers soon realised there was not a fortune to be made and the projects were trimmed and went out with a whimper not a bang.It has always been in the back of my mind to resurrect the project. Getting my first Android phone seemed to, at last, provide the correct platform for the project. So this is the first attempt at making the age old dream come true, and it is, as yet, only a trial of the concept using the Covent Garden area. |
